At Dirty Society, every item goes through a detailed quality check before leaving our store. We carefully scan and inspect all products to ensure they are in perfect condition — no damage, no defects. We do not send out faulty items.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note that cash refunds are not available.

 

Instead, you may:

Exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value, or receive a voucher valid for 40 days from the date of issue.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns within Cyprus can be done in two ways:

• Bring the item directly to our physical store at: Tseriou Avenue 197, Strovolos 2045, Nicosia, Cyprus

• Send the package at the same G.A.P Akis Express store from which your order was originally shipped. You will find this location information on the shipping label or receipt. Please make sure to keep the tracking number for follow-up purposes.

For international orders (outside Cyprus):
Use the FedEx return slip included in your original package, which follows FedEx return guidelines. The return cost is the customer's responsibility.

 

All returned items must pass inspection before an exchange or voucher is approved.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• With all original tags attached

• Free of any signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or washing

If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return.
