About Dirty Society
Dirty Society is a streetwear clothing and accessories store, offering apparel, jewelry, and lifestyle gear. By shopping with us, you agree to respect the guidelines below, created to ensure a fair and clear experience for everyone.
Website Use
When you browse or shop on this site, you accept that all information, images, and descriptions are provided "as is" without warranty. We work hard to keep everything accurate and up-to-date, but we are not liable for minor errors or outdated info.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not in a way that could harm Dirty Society, other users, or third parties.
By purchasing from Dirty Society, you confirm you know how to use and care for clothing, jewelry, and accessories properly. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect care (such as wrong washing), or negligence.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A complete, valid street address is required at checkout.
Orders and Deliveries
Once you place an order, you agree that delivery times are approximate. Shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or other issues outside our control do not give you the right to cancel the order.
For Cyprus deliveries, please check if your postal code is eligible for home delivery. If you pay for home delivery but your area is not covered, you will need to pick up your order from the nearest G.A.P Akis Express store. In this case, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations, Changes & Returns
You can cancel or modify your order but only if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel or edit your order, contact us as soon as possible at dirtysocietystreetwear@gmail.com
If you change your mind after 2 working days, or after shipping, you can still return your items according to our Returns Policy.
Important notes:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer cash refunds. You can exchange your item or receive a voucher valid for 2 months.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
You can return items by sending G.A.P. Akis Express - Strovolos Industrial Area (keep your tracking number!) or directly at our physical store:
Tseriou Avenue 197, Strovolos 2045, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Pricing & Discounts
All prices listed on our site include VAT and applicable taxes.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes and offers cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Prices, product specifications, and promotions may change without notice. Minor changes in product details (like small color or size differences) do not allow you to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time, even after an order is submitted.

Dirty Society is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused by how you use our products or the information on our site.
